Solar Tracker Construction Manager

About the role

We are a global solar manufacturer seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the installation and maintenance of ground‑mounted PV tracker systems across multiple sites in Israel. The role is site‑based, involves frequent travel, and includes full expense coverage and specialist training.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of solar tracker systems on new solar farms.
• Coordinate with developers, EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure best‑practice execution.
• Train on‑site teams and provide technical guidance on tracker operation and maintenance.
• Monitor project progress, safety standards and quality control across all sites.
• Report performance metrics and recommend improvements to tracker performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solar farm construction or similar large‑scale renewable projects.
• Strong mechanical background with hands‑on work on tracker systems or comparable components.
• Fluent in Hebrew and basic proficiency in English.
• Israeli passport holder or citizen.
