Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities on‑site, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to deliver successful residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction work in accordance with project plans, schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage site setup, excavation, and shoring operations.
• Oversee and coordinate construction, structural, and finishing contractors, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
• Order steel and construction materials and supervise the delivery of equipment to the site.
• Collaborate with local authorities and consultants to obtain necessary approvals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage employees and contractors to maintain productivity and safety.

Required profile

• Construction or Civil Engineering qualification (required).
• Previous experience in residential construction (advantageous).
• Strong computer skills (required).
• Ability to work effectively with local authorities and consultants.
• Proven leadership and motivational abilities for teams and contractors.
