Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The role demands strong leadership, comprehensive construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site meetings, provide clear direction to field teams, and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, presenting updates, reports, and recommendations.
• Create, track, and control project budgets; review purchase orders, change orders, and payment applications.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants while ensuring compliance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and implement quality control procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing construction projects with a proven record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Strong decision‑making, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
