Showroom & Sales Coordinator

About the role

Vitrea, a leading Israeli developer of premium smart home systems, is seeking a service‑oriented Showroom & Sales Coordinator to manage its Herzliya Pituach showroom. You will be the first point of contact for clients, architects and designers, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and host visitors, including clients, architects and designers, at the showroom.
• Maintain day‑to‑day organization, appearance and smooth operation of the showroom.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling leads and directing inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with project tasks and ongoing activities.
• Support events and marketing initiatives hosted in the showroom.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across the company.
• Utilize CRM systems and other digital tools to track interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, office coordination or a similar role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high organization.
• Professional, polished communication style.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantage).
