Service Technician

About the role

The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair a wide range of fueling station equipment, including dispensers, submersible pumps, site controllers, and electronic monitoring systems. This full‑time position supports retail, commercial, and government customers across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, site controllers, credit‑card readers, cash register consoles, pumping PCW, and tank & line monitoring equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, break‑fix, and factory‑authorized modifications per OEM specifications.
• Diagnose equipment issues, resolve warranty calls, and provide after‑hours service as needed.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations while following customer safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment required for safe and effective service work.
• Assist lead technicians with start‑up, commissioning, and project crew activities.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb and stand 8‑10 hours per day.
• Pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
• Familiarity with computer operations; aptitude for learning new software.
• Gilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification preferred.
