Manual Assembler – Cleanroom

About the role

Join Philips' advanced medical device manufacturing team as a Manual Assembler working in a cleanroom environment. You will be part of the production crew at the X‑ray factory, assembling sub‑assemblies according to detailed work instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical sub‑assemblies on designated workstations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and cleanroom protocols.
• Perform manual tasks such as soldering and gluing where required.
• Enter production data and generate reports in the management system.
• Work flexible shift schedules to support continuous production.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of formal education; technical studies in mechanics are a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Basic reading proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to cleanroom standards.

Required skills

• Manual assembly techniques.
• Soldering.
• Gluing/adhesive application.
• Basic English reading for interpreting work instructions.
