Senior DevOps Engineer – Posture

About the role

Dream is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Posture R&D Group. You will design, build, and operate the infrastructure that powers AI‑driven cybersecurity systems, delivering reliable, scalable platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production‑grade solutions that enable high‑scale AI models and autonomous agents to run reliably.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Kubernetes and related tooling.
• Create and maintain automation, deployment, monitoring and observability tools for distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in development, test and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with DevOps technologies and platform engineering.
• Proven track record designing end‑to‑end DevOps platforms, including infrastructure, tooling and operational frameworks.
• Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure acceptable).
• Experience with modern deployment strategies such as GitOps, blue/green, canary, and Kubernetes‑based releases.
• Strong background building CI/CD pipelines that support high‑velocity, reliable software delivery.
• Hands‑on experience bringing AI workloads into production.
• Proficient coding skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
