Senior BI Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BI Data Engineer to own the end‑to‑end analytics foundation at Lusha. You will turn raw data into trusted, business‑critical insights that power Product, GTM and Finance decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve data models, pipelines and the BI layer using Snowflake or Databricks and dbt.
• Collaborate with Data Science, product and business teams to translate ambiguous questions into governed metrics.
• Implement CI/CD, data quality checks and observability for scalable data platforms.
• Leverage GenAI tools to automate development workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, set engineering standards and lead cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Engineering with ownership of scalable data platforms.
• Deep knowledge of modern data stacks (Snowflake or Databricks, dbt) and advanced SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing and semantic layers.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Proven day‑to‑day use of GenAI tools to improve development speed.
