About the role
The public sector organization in Israel is looking for a Salesforce Trainer and Implementer to lead user training, system rollout, and ongoing support. You will work with complex, multi‑user information systems, ensuring successful adoption of the Salesforce platform across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Train and support end‑users on complex Salesforce‑based information systems.
- Implement system configurations, processes, and integrations in multi‑user environments.
- Provide continuous guidance and assistance throughout the adoption lifecycle.
- Create and maintain training materials such as guides, video tutorials, and presentation decks.
Required profile
- At least five years of recent experience training and implementing complex systems with multiple users.
- Proven experience in environments with hundreds of users is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to produce training documentation using various media.
- Graphic‑design experience and familiarity with design tools are beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
