Sales Development Representative

About the role

Workato is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. In this role you will generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and help build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities via cold calling, email outreach and social prospecting.
• Set up meetings and demos for the Account Executives and maintain accurate activity records.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign execution and with Sales on territory strategy.
• Consult existing customers to understand current usage and future needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
• Continuously refine outreach techniques based on feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of sales development or related experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn the Workato platform.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
