Sales Account Manager – Israel

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will develop sales and customer engagement across the Israel region for GenScript, a global biotech company. The role involves creating and executing strategic business plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial sales strategy for Israel, identifying market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and leading proposal, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers while delivering high‑quality products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and mitigate commercial risks.

Required profile

• M.Sc degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the life‑sciences industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
• Willingness to conduct regular customer visits and work in an international, multicultural environment.
