Sales Development Representative

About the role

LendMora is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for small‑business owners across the United States. You will conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls, qualify prospects, and move qualified leads through the funding pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to small‑business owners during a 4 PM – 1 AM shift (Monday‑Thursday).
• Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their capital needs and business goals.
• Handle objections professionally, keep conversations productive, and book qualified appointments.
• Support deals through to funding and maintain accurate call activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Participate in call reviews, apply coaching, and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with the discipline to maintain consistent call volume.
• Resilience and persistence in the face of frequent rejection.
• Coachability – ability to take feedback and apply it immediately.
• Fast learner who can quickly absorb product knowledge, scripts, and objection‑handling techniques.
• Clear communicator who listens well and thinks quickly on a call.
• Availability and energy to work the 4 PM – 1 AM shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for tracking calls and pipeline activity.
