About the role
TAIRC is seeking research statisticians to support analysis and experiment design across its projects. This position is currently offered on a volunteer basis, with the possibility of future paid employment if funding becomes available.
Key responsibilities
- Provide statistical advice on experimental design and appropriate methods.
- Develop computational pipelines by writing scripts for data analysis using SAS, R, or Python.
- Design robust experimental protocols and sampling strategies.
- Run predictive models and perform statistical analyses.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure analyses meet regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Master's or doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with statistical software and programming languages.
