About the role
TAIRC is seeking a Product Manager to turn user research into tangible products and oversee the entire product lifecycle. This position is currently unpaid and may evolve into a compensated role once funding permits.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
- Develop a product vision and align cross‑functional teams around that vision.
- Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap.
- Communicate plans and ensure all departments understand goals and timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in product management and agile development methodologies.
