Project Manager – Regulatory Operations

About the role

Stratasys is seeking a Project Manager with a chemistry or technical regulatory background to support the Regulatory Affairs team. The role leads planning, coordination and execution of regulatory and cross‑departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Engineering, Legal and other internal teams.
• Lead material compliance projects, including planning and execution.
• Track team progress, follow up on open items and remove obstacles.
• Assist in annual and ongoing budget planning and management.
• Monitor compliance matters, enforcement actions and regulatory requirements for local R&D and Engineering.
• Manage global initiatives and regulatory subcontractors.
• Gather strategic intelligence on evolving product regulations and drive implementation of compliance actions.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of cross‑organization project management experience.
• Experience in regulatory affairs project management is a plus.
• Understanding of chemical hazard classification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
• High level of ownership, accountability and independence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse global teams.
