Project Manager – PMO & Budget

About the role

Orbia Netafim is seeking a Project Manager to lead the PMO and budget function for its Global Extrusion Engineering team. The role oversees the full lifecycle of projects such as new line installations, line transfers, upgrades, and technology roll‑outs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage department projects, controlling timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in each project.
• Handle all logistics aspects, including shipping, spare parts, purchasing, and import/export between sites.
• Support engineering teams with procurement and logistics processes to achieve on‑schedule, on‑budget execution.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to define new suppliers, issue purchase requests and follow up deliveries.
• Manage CAPEX budgets for all Operations functions.
• Participate as a member of the Global Extrusion Engineering management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing engineering or production projects.
• Strong background in logistics coordination and budget control.
• Ability to work with multiple internal functions and external suppliers.
