Project Manager – Multimedia & AV Projects

About the role

DM Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Multimedia division and lead complex multimedia and audio‑visual projects from planning through successful delivery. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end AV initiatives, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality expectations while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end multimedia and AV projects, from planning through execution and handover.
• Control project schedules, budgets and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders across the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multimedia or AV projects.
• Strong project‑management background – a must.
• Practical engineering or technical background is an advantage.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Ability to lead professional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams.
