About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex maintenance projects within our MRO facility in the Aviation Division. You will coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement and key customers such as the Israeli Air Force and Ministry of Defense.
Key responsibilities
- Manage maintenance contracts and ongoing customer activities.
- Execute project plans, monitor schedules, milestones and financial targets.
- Coordinate interfaces with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and other internal functions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and detailed work plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest aviation standards.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience with Ministry of Defense projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- SAP (familiarity)
