Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the execution and delivery of multidisciplinary projects across Hexion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role acts as the central coordination point between internal teams, manufacturing, subcontractors, and customers, driving clear communication and disciplined execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across all departments, customers, and subcontractors, set priorities, and drive successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resource assignments, and deliverables.
• Analyze and manage project budgets, risks, procurement, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare consolidated project reports and provide stakeholders with an overview of the project portfolio.
• Own project data management, including documentation, lessons learned, and development of templates and tools.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from data collection, design, production, FAT, on‑site implementation, to customer training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in processing industries such as food, pharmaceutical, or defense.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with willingness to travel internationally for installations.
