Project Manager – Automated Warehousing Systems

About the role

Utron is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of automated warehousing systems at its Hevel Modi'in Industrial Park site. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and hand over complex warehousing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Electrical, Control, and Software teams while keeping customers informed.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and enforce project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality assurance, risk identification, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and lead cross‑functional activities in a dynamic industrial environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or industrial engineering, or a Practical Engineering diploma.
• Proven experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably with multiple interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of construction and structural plans.
• Familiarity with automated‑warehouse technologies such as conveyors, cranes, and racking systems (advantage).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to perform extensive field work across several sites.
