Production Planning Manager

About the role

Dr. Fischer, located in Kedmat Galil, is looking for a Production Planning Manager to join its growing operational team. This is a great opportunity to join a manufacturing organization undergoing significant growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead macro and micro production planning processes.
• Manage production, planning & control (PPC) across a complex operational division consisting of two manufacturing plants.
• Take responsibility for costing processes and subcontractor management.
• Lead operational and manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with multiple cross‑functional interfaces across the organization.

Required profile

• Industrial & Management Engineering degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing company within consumer goods, food, or cosmetics industries – an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Production Planning Manager / Planner or in operational project management roles.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to lead cross‑functional and cross‑site processes.
