Production Planning Control Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Planning Control Manager to lead the planning, scheduling and monitoring of our manufacturing processes. The role ensures optimal use of resources, on‑time delivery and continuous improvement of production efficiency for our industrial ventilation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production plans based on orders, forecasts and demand, setting priorities and managing workloads.
• Monitor execution of plans, track KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and drive improvements in on‑time delivery.
• Plan and optimise the use of machinery, workforce and raw materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to guarantee material availability.
• Analyse production data, generate actionable insights and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Implement advanced work methods and work with information systems, especially the Priority ERP.

Required profile

• Practical or academic qualification in Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning and control within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
