Product Manager – Analytics Platform (Crossix Data)

About the role

Veeva is looking for a motivated Product Manager to join the Crossix Data Platform team. You will own feature specification and execution for key components of our analytics platform that helps life‑sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Own and design product features from specification through UAT, including functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Manage prioritisation of product features, define release plans and drive delivery.
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, engineering, QA, data operations and product management to ensure quality delivery.
• Facilitate the Scrum framework to track progress and achieve product goals.
• Provide 2nd‑level support for production issues and oversee infrastructure changes.
• Lead platform roll‑outs to improve performance, scalability and usability.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on product management, system analyst or related experience.
• Experience with data/analytic products, defining success metrics and using statistical validation.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, cloud‑based applications and ability to investigate data issues.
• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in a relevant field.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient SQL for querying large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking.
