About the role
The Processes & Packaging role involves operating and maintaining automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous production environment. You will ensure that all process parameters meet specifications while following engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures.
- Follow engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and other specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery according to documented procedures and layout plans.
- Perform set‑up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic systems using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience in machine set‑up, calibration, and mechanical assembly.
