PPC Campaign Manager – Performance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This hands‑on, data‑driven position focuses on building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for B2B technology and SaaS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring high‑quality execution and adherence to KPIs, ROI and growth targets.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and own campaign tracking, attribution and measurement using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse performance data, conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives, and deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare performance reports and present results to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to meet client objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on PPC / performance marketing experience.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Proven expertise managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience handling large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
