Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of paid media across Adidas e‑commerce channels in Emerging Markets. You will lead Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social and Audience Management to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the performance marketing roadmap covering Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Affiliate and Audience Management.
• Allocate and phase the paid media budget to meet KPI and revenue targets.
• Coach internal teams on best practices to achieve acquisition goals across all channels.
• Conduct regular testing, reporting, optimisation and analysis to uncover growth levers.
• Drive top‑ and bottom‑line performance of Paid Search and Programmatic programmes, ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are met.
• Collaborate with media agencies and cross‑functional Brand, e‑com and Retail stakeholders globally.
• Manage relationships with third‑party partners for content creation, localisation and feed optimisation.
• Oversee invoice reconciliation, budget forecasting and performance analytics on a weekly to yearly cadence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in paid search or performance media (agency or client side).
• Proven track record of managing sizable media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
