Organizational Development & Learning Manager

About the role

Cellebrite is seeking an Organizational Development & Learning Manager to lead and continuously evolve company‑wide OD&L practices. The role will research emerging trends, design scalable AI‑enabled frameworks, and partner with HR and business leaders to implement effective development solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, benchmarking, diagnostics and needs analyses across OD, talent management, leadership development and learning.
• Design and execute company‑wide OD&L frameworks, methodologies, processes, materials and tools.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable development solutions.
• Lead design and improvement of talent processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Leverage AI‑driven solutions to enable data‑driven decision‑making and increase scalability of talent initiatives.
• Develop and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programs and toolkits to build HR capabilities.
• Manage OD&L projects, annual work plans, stakeholder and vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
• Analyze people data to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development or Learning & Development within a global, preferably high‑tech, organization.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable development frameworks.
• Strong partnership skills with HR and business leaders.
• Experience using data and AI to drive talent decisions.
