About the role

The company is seeking a Shift Manager for the Assembly Department of its plastic plant. You will be responsible for leading the shift across safety, production, quality and people management to ensure smooth, efficient and incident‑free operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve zero safety incidents; certify Safety Champions and conduct safety tours.
• Participate in weekly plant Safety Stand‑Up meetings and execute daily/weekly 6S activities.
• Lead investigations and lessons‑learned after safety deviations.
• Execute the production plan according to the PPIC schedule, monitor reporting, inventory and kit readiness.
• Analyze standard times, identify bottlenecks, balance production lines and allocate resources to meet productivity targets.
• Prepare end‑of‑shift reports and drive continuous‑improvement (CI/CR) projects.
• Collaborate with the quality team to meet product parameters and waste‑reduction goals.
• Coach the shift team, conduct performance feedback, approve attendance and oversee training and certification of new employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of formal education.
• Fluent Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking) and basic English.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, preferably with hands‑on machine operation.
• Strong communication, leadership and adaptability in a fast‑changing setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively across plant functions.
