Microsoft System Engineer

About the role

Comda, a leading technology and cyber security firm, is looking for an experienced Microsoft System Engineer to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on maintaining and securing enterprise‑wide Windows infrastructures across three independent entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and harden Windows servers and multiple domain controllers.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies and cross‑domain trusts.
• Manage CA and PKI infrastructures for the organization.
• Design, implement and support Microsoft Exchange Server components, including mailbox servers, Database Availability Groups, transport, MAPI, RPC over HTTP, journaling and circular logging.
• Collaborate with separate business units to ensure consistent security and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT environment management.
• Proven track record with multi‑domain Active Directory and Windows server hardening.
• Hands‑on experience with Exchange Server administration and CA/PKI solutions.
• Ability to work independently across geographically dispersed entities.
