About the role

WellyBox is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive growth and content initiatives across its AI‑powered financial operations platform. You will turn loosely defined ideas into shipped work, leveraging AI tools to create assets without relying on external designers or developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute image‑creative strategies using AI generators.
• Create, edit, and maintain website pages with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Monitor social channels, engage in relevant online discussions, and conduct ongoing listening.
• Build a podcast outreach pipeline and negotiate partnership offers.
• Research, map, and launch influencer‑marketing campaigns.
• Identify and outreach to accounting firms for partnership opportunities.
• Conduct basic customer research to inform marketing tactics.
• Perform marketing‑automation health checks, including email performance analysis.
• Execute SEO tasks to improve organic visibility.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, self‑starting attitude with the ability to move forward without constant approval.
• Comfortable building assets yourself using AI tools (copy, creative, simple web pages).
• Fast autodidact who learns new tools independently.
• Capable of taking projects from idea to finished result (A‑to‑Z).
• Basic design sense and strong writing ability.
• Comfort with ambiguity and unstructured problems.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, growth, or content roles.
• Native or near‑native English writing proficiency.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or image/video generation platforms.
• Basic proficiency with a no‑code or AI website builder (e.g., Framer, Webflow, Lovable) sufficient to build or fix simple pages.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
