Marketing Manager – AI Platform for Consumer Goods

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that position Genpire’s AI platform as a leader in the consumer goods and manufacturing space. Based in Tel Aviv, this full‑time, on‑site role works closely with product, sales and design teams to drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage digital channels, including performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email.
• Oversee content creation for web, email, social, and events.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics dashboards and A/B testing tools to optimize results.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitive landscape, and refine targeting and segmentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft messaging and support go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning for technology or SaaS products.
• Strong digital marketing background with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written communication and ability to develop compelling content across channels.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages a benefit.
