Marketing & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Creator to join Octup, a global startup building an AI layer for the logistics (3PL) industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own end‑to‑end demand creation, from strategy to execution, and become the face of the brand on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage LinkedIn and other social channels, produce video content, newsletters and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Create demand‑generation assets such as landing pages, email sequences and conversion‑focused copy.
• Plan, organise and run customer tours, industry events and meet‑ups, building repeatable playbooks.
• Produce case studies, testimonials and sales collateral based on real customer stories.
• Oversee marketing operations, manage vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• Comfortable on camera and able to shoot, edit and publish content independently.
• Excellent English communication (native or near‑native).
• High‑energy, content‑obsessed and active on TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels and Shorts.
• Proven ability to run a content calendar and an event in the same week.
• At least two years of B2B SaaS marketing experience at an early‑stage company.
• Fluent with AI tools such as Claude and GPT and data‑driven decision making.
