Affiliate Manager – LATAM (Spanish-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Affiliate Manager to support our LATAM market. Based in Herzliya, Israel, you will join a multinational financial services firm specializing in online trading and help grow its affiliate network across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and maintain relationships with new Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Manage affiliate programs, monitor campaigns, and resolve partner issues.
• Identify, negotiate, and renew partnership agreements with affiliate and traffic networks.
• Analyse campaign performance, sales reports and traffic data to optimise ROI.
• Monitor affiliate activity for fraud, policy breaches or non‑compliant marketing.
• Research market trends and demographics to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce landing pages, banners and other promotional assets.
• Represent the company at international conferences and networking events.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients and strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Forex, Fintech or online trading is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
