Maintenance & Operations Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance & Operations Technician to join our Tel Aviv office. You will be responsible for keeping the workplace running smoothly by handling routine upkeep, repairs, and coordinating facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, hardware, door and furniture fixes, painting, drywall, and other routine tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and conduct periodic inspections.
• Log and manage service requests through a computerized system, ensuring documentation, prioritisation and SLA compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors and external service providers.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and delivery of maintenance equipment and materials.
• Provide service‑oriented support to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in operational projects aimed at improving office infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance for commercial or office environments.
• Hands‑on experience with general maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with building systems and infrastructure.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Ability to use computerized task‑management systems.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Electrician License is a plus.
