Construction Solution Manager

About the role

Buildots is looking for a Construction Solution Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of its Digital Twin framework for client projects. You will act as the bridge between construction expertise and the Buildots platform, ensuring measurable value for large‑scale builds.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Buildots’ solution for local and global projects, aligning with client needs and on‑site realities.
• Lead technical and construction‑focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation phases.
• Serve as a construction subject‑matter expert, guiding internal teams with field experience.
• Translate project construction methodologies into the Buildots digital twin framework.
• Combine Buildots design standards with client‑specific requirements to maximize platform value.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Buildots’ design methodology by sharing insights and best practices.
• Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and Buildots strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure client success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably on large‑scale or technically complex projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies for high‑scale builds.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least four days per week.
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours to accommodate international client schedules.

Required skills

• BIM and 3D coordination tools (Revit, Navisworks Manage, Tekla, Archicad).
• Construction scheduling software (Primavera P6, PowerProject, Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordination challenges.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
