Litigation Attorney

About the role

Noff, Oren, Ben Ami & Co. is a boutique law firm in Tel Aviv‑Yafo that focuses on civil‑commercial litigation, corporate matters and real estate. The firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from the initial assessment through to final resolution, working closely with partners and senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions and argue in court proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare for hearings before courts and tribunals.
• Manage trial strategy, including witness preparation, examination and evidence handling.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions, coordinating with clients, experts and opposing counsel.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously while contributing to the firm’s knowledge‑sharing culture.

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of experience as a qualified attorney.
• Excellent academic record from a recognized law faculty.
• Strong legal research, analysis and writing skills in Hebrew; high proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
• Prior experience in a commercial litigation department is a significant advantage.
