About the role
We are looking for a Junior IT System Specialist to support our growing technology team in Tel Aviv. The role bridges Help Desk support and broader system administration, offering a clear path to develop expertise in modern cloud‑based tools and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets escalated from the Help Desk.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including access provisioning and device setup.
- Manage and troubleshoot platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and Intune.
- Perform basic network checks, support meeting rooms and video‑conferencing equipment, and carry out routine infrastructure tasks.
- Document tickets, follow established procedures, and maintain checklists.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
