About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT System Specialist to support our growing technology team in Tel Aviv. The role bridges Help Desk support and broader system administration, offering a clear path to develop expertise in modern cloud‑based tools and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets escalated from the Help Desk.
Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including access provisioning and device setup.
Manage and troubleshoot platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and Intune.
Perform basic network checks, support meeting rooms and video‑conferencing equipment, and carry out routine infrastructure tasks.
Document tickets, follow established procedures, and maintain checklists.

Required profile

At least 2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
