IT Technician – Support & Maintenance (Tel Aviv)

About the role

We’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team, learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide service to our employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class support to employees in the HQ Tel Aviv office.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and response to technical issues across company facilities.
• Deliver immediate remote assistance to employees working from home, including takeover and training.
• Configure and maintain technical equipment such as computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back‑office systems.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, planning, and execution.

Required profile

• High‑level English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading) – a must.
• Russian at a good level – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and service skills.

Required skills

• Windows environment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Office 365 administration.
• Computer hardware and printer installation and setup.
• Connecting devices to company networks (internet, telephone).
• Network infrastructure knowledge.
• VoIP system familiarity – an advantage.
• Domain Controller and Active Directory experience – an advantage.
