IT Support Engineer – Tel Aviv

About the role

Cyera is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its fast‑growing team in Tel Aviv. You will ensure a smooth technology experience for all employees while managing endpoints, SaaS tools, and conference‑room equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and maintain macOS and Windows devices, handling provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoints using Jamf Pro, Intune, and related tools.
• Administer core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.
• Support identity and access management processes with Okta.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and track company hardware/software.
• Configure and support conference‑room AV equipment, Zoom Rooms, and meeting spaces.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure endpoint compliance.
• Escalate complex issues while retaining ownership until resolution.
• Work with external vendors to resolve service disruptions.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at automation and scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of IT support experience in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication and service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Interest in leveraging AI‑driven solutions and automation to improve IT operations.
