IT Procurement Property

About the role

NESS is seeking an IT Procurement Property professional to join its Procurement team in Ra'anana. The role focuses on end‑to‑end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing and services, while also supporting additional categories as needed. You will work closely with the Information Systems Division and other business units to ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for IT assets, from requisition to delivery.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate terms, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Analyze price offers, compare quotations, and make purchasing decisions based on commercial and technical criteria.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and ensure compliance with contracts and BOMs.
• Maintain procurement data, identify savings opportunities, and develop work plans with suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT hardware, software, licensing or services.
• Proven ability to conduct complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contracts, bills of materials and price analysis.
• Experience working in a large organization (500+ employees) is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
