International Tax Consultant – BEPS Pillar Two

About the role

Deloitte Israel is looking for an International Tax Consultant to join its OECD BEPS team within the Transfer Pricing practice. The position focuses on Pillar Two projects while also supporting other BEPS‑driven initiatives, helping multinational groups navigate cross‑border tax strategy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients with tax structure assessments, implementation and Pillar Two readiness modelling.
• Assist in global reporting requirements, including Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Provide technology‑enabled solutions for tax challenges.
• Draft tax opinions, documentation and represent clients before Israeli and foreign tax authorities.
• Collaborate closely with a global team of tax professionals.

Required profile

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in tax accounting, including deferred tax calculations.
• Strong written English proficiency.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
