Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will manage strategic relationships with assigned customers, driving margin growth, market share and solution selling. Working closely with internal and external resources, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment, engineering support and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall account relationship and develop customer strategy for the assigned territory.
• Drive solution selling, margin maximisation and market‑share growth.
• Coordinate quoting, order processing, on‑time delivery and engineering support.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long‑term partnerships.
• Utilise supply‑chain tools such as e‑Compass, Consignments and CARES.
• Promote synergistic products (White Space Report, PEMCO Mix), Reverse Logistics, GBC and ITAD.
• Support the Order‑to‑Invoice process and maintain Perfect Order Index and inventory integrity.
• Manage credit, financial information and quality‑related customer interactions.
• Lead the Quote‑to‑Order process, negotiate pricing and communicate price changes.

Required profile

• Typically a 4‑year degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under general supervision with limited discretion.
• Strong understanding of competitive landscape and supply‑chain engagements.
