About the role
The HR Partner will join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) at Amazon to champion the experience of AWS Builders. Based in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design and deliver people solutions that drive inclusion, performance, and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Consult, coach, and develop leaders on talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
- Advocate for Builder needs, creating end‑to‑end experiences that foster engagement and inclusion.
- Serve as the first escalation point for Builder concerns, applying Amazon policies with high judgment.
- Conduct workplace investigations in partnership with Builder Relations.
- Promote adoption of HR technology and self‑service tools.
- Collaborate with multiple levels of the organization, from individual Builders to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as an HR generalist.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
