HR Operations Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR workflows across multiple sites for a global luxury retail brand headquartered in Central Tel Aviv. The role combines process management, employee lifecycle oversight, and travel logistics to ensure seamless HR service delivery worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize daily HR processes for Israel and international locations, collaborating with local HR teams, legal advisors, and external vendors.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and off‑boarding, monitor attendance, leave, sick days, and manage company welfare initiatives.
• Audit and monitor HR processes to guarantee consistency, organization, and compliance with local regulations in each country.
• Manage corporate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, airline accounts, and provide real-time support for modifications and cancellations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Operations within a global environment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional multitasking ability, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Tech‑savvy, independent, and service‑oriented with a high level of discretion.

Required skills

• High proficiency with HiBob for process building and data management.
