Head Instructor & Activity Manager – Cyber Training Programs

About the role

CYBERLABS is looking for a seasoned cyber professional to lead its Cyber Training Programs in Eilat. As Head Instructor & Activity Manager you will combine hands‑on cybersecurity expertise with teaching and operational leadership, overseeing the new Cyber Operations Center (SOC) and guiding students from zero‑tech background to industry‑ready interns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person and online lectures on cybersecurity, information security, networking, operating systems and SOC operations.
• Design and execute a step‑by‑step curriculum for non‑technical learners, including virtual lab exercises, attack‑defense scenarios and real‑world case studies.
• Track student progress, provide feedback, and adapt pacing to close knowledge gaps.
• Manage daily program logistics: schedules, attendance, curriculum adherence, and coordination between management, instructors and students.
• Onboard and mentor new instructors, assign tasks and ensure high instructional standards.
• Oversee the Eilat Cyber Operations Center, handling operational issues and maintaining continuous SOC functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a SOC analyst or similar cyber security role.
• Strong instructional and curriculum development skills, with a track record of teaching technical subjects to beginners.
• Leadership ability to manage an instructional team and operational activities.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
