Guest Relation Agent – Resort Hospitality

About the role

As a Guest Relation Agent you will be the friendly face that ensures every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and eager to return. Working on a Club Med resort, you will interact with an international clientele, providing personalized assistance and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor guest stays and proactively safeguard their well‑being to build loyalty.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, including translations, local information, and any special needs.
• Assist the Front Desk team to streamline the overall guest experience.
• Suggest sales‑driving ideas to the manager and help implement them.
• Report service issues or guest complaints and propose effective solutions.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive, and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in at least two languages and comfortable with an international audience.
