About the role
The Receptionist – Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton in Tel Aviv ensures every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact, handling check‑in and check‑out, answering inquiries, and showcasing local highlights. The role blends front‑desk service with proactive problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, managing reservations and payments.
- Respond to guest requests, provide information about the hotel and surrounding area, and resolve issues promptly.
- Complete daily operational reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior hospitality experience required; a willingness to learn and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
