Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

ADAMA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join its global finance organization as the Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Based at the company’s headquarters in Airport City, Israel, you will drive budgeting, costing, forecasting and analytical processes that underpin the organization’s financial health and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial, operations and finance leaders to translate strategy into financial plans, risks, opportunities and performance priorities.
• Support executive decision‑making through monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, trend analysis, scenario planning and financial modelling.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs to improve visibility, accountability and decision‑making across the organization.
• Lead the annual work plan, periodic forecasts and long‑range planning processes.
• Own CAPEX performance management across cycles, ensuring alignment between operational plans, cash flow and reported results.
• Build multi‑year financial outlooks that support strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for executive leadership discussions and present complex financial topics clearly.
• Establish and continuously improve FP&A governance, planning calendars, methodologies and reporting standards.
• Drive development of FP&A tools, data models and digital capabilities, including AI‑enabled automation.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing global FP&A team.

Required profile

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Extensive experience leading global FP&A functions in a large, multinational organization.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering accurate forecasts, strategic insights and value‑creating financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
