Global Digital Content Lead

About the role

Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, is looking for a strategic Global Digital Content Lead to shape and scale consumer‑facing content across its worldwide marketing communications organization. You will translate brand strategies into platform‑native storytelling that engages audiences on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and emerging digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of digital content for global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Convert brand and category strategies into compelling, platform‑specific experiences that drive engagement across the consumer funnel.
• Define best‑practice guidelines for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, production partners, the Design Center and DTC stakeholders to deliver high‑quality content.
• Develop briefs, oversee production, provide creative feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, modular content methods and emerging technologies to improve quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a trusted advisor on digital content strategy, storytelling and performance across markets.
• Manage, coach and develop a Digital Content Specialist to build a high‑performing capability.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in digital content development, content marketing, creative production or digital communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record developing content for consumer brands, preferably in FMCG, DTC or eCommerce environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently, shape strategy and drive execution through influence.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across brand, media, CRM and regional teams.
